What is Conversational BI?

It is a way to ask company data a question in ordinary language. The answer should not end in a chat window. It should show the number, use the company’s definition, and become a chart or dashboard when the question repeats.

How AI dashboards help SMBs

Start with the spreadsheet everyone waits for. Choose five or six KPIs, agree on the definitions, and turn that report into a view the team can open without asking someone to rebuild it.

Dashboard KPIs every founder should track

There is no universal founder dashboard. A strong first view often includes revenue, gross profit, active customers, cash trend, sales progress, and one operational number that warns when delivery is slipping.

Vizma vs generic AI for business reporting

Generic AI can summarize a file. Vizma BI works from approved data, uses your KPI meanings, respects access rules, and keeps repeated answers as dashboards people can review.

How to prepare company data for AI BI

Pick one dataset. Use clear column names. Standardize dates and currencies. Write down each KPI formula. Give one person responsibility for checking the first answers. That work matters more than connecting every system at once.
